Which ages and language levels are a fit?
Tell us your grade levels, audience size and English/Spanish goals. We'll discuss an age-appropriate approach and whether separate audience groups would work best.
Can our PTA arrange the program?
Yes. School staff and PTA planners can inquire together. Identify the program approver and the organization handling payment so the proposal reaches the right people.
How many presentations can we schedule?
Plan one or two agreed presentations, with a maximum of two presentations per day. An assembly plus an evening family program uses both presentations.
What about timing, equipment and accessibility?
Share your schedule, room, available equipment and access needs. Program length, sound, projection, load-in and responsibilities will be specified in the written proposal.
Are books included?
Books, signing and any sales or distribution arrangements are discussed separately. The proposal will state what is included.
What does a program cost?
Request a quote for your location, dates and format. Your proposal will specify the scope, number of presentations, production responsibilities and additional costs, if applicable.
When is our date confirmed?
An inquiry starts the conversation. Tom will check availability and explain the written confirmation steps required to reserve your date.
What are you planning?
Share your audience, goals and date options. Tom will recommend a program and follow up with availability and a quote.
